Karrie International’s First Batch Vera Rubin Deliveries and Rising ASIC Server Volume Drive Expected Q4 Revenue Record

HONG KONG, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Global leading server mechanical engineering solutions provider – Karrie International Holdings Limited (“Karrie International” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”; stock code: 1050.HK) announced that the first batch of NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform products has been delivered progressively. The related product series officially entered mass production. As next-generation AI platform products continue to ramp up, together with the ongoing capacity expansion and delivery of ASIC-related server products, these two growth drivers are expected to further support the Group’s operations, with fourth-quarter results expected to reach a new record high.

Karrie International continues to deepen its presence in AI servers and data centre infrastructure, while supporting customers in advancing projects based on the NVIDIA MGX architecture and Vera Rubin platform. The Group has launched a range of products supporting next-generation platforms, including Vera Rubin NVL72 and Rubin NVL8. These products cover server chassis and rack-related products in various specifications, extending the Group’s product portfolio from server-level applications to rack-scale solutions.

Meanwhile, the ASIC-related server business continues to grow. According to the Group’s recently announced quarterly business update, increased shipments of ASIC and other AI server products drove approximately 63% year-on-year revenue growth in the Server Chassis — General and AI segment during the first quarter. As the current-generation ASIC products gradually approaches the later stage of their product life cycle, the Group has also made preparations for next-generation models, with new projects set to commence, smoothly transiting between the current and next generation of products.

As major global chip manufacturers and server brands continue to advance their next-generation AI server platforms, related projects are gradually progressing from development and validation to mass production and shipment. Karrie International expects products related to the Vera Rubin platform and its ASIC server business to serve as the primary growth drivers in the fourth quarter, supporting the Group in reaching a new operational high.

As AI infrastructure rapidly evolves from standalone servers toward high-density, liquid-cooled and rack-scale architectures, Karrie International is also expanding its business beyond traditional server chassis manufacturing into more comprehensive mechanical engineering solutions for AI infrastructure. These solutions cover early-stage engineering development, precision mechanical component design, mass-production manufacturing and rack-scale solutions.

Looking ahead, demand for global AI computing power and data centre infrastructure is expected to continue growing. The Group will further deepen its collaboration with global chip manufacturers, server brands and cloud customers; continue expanding its presence in next-generation AI servers and rack-scale products; strengthen its engineering development, large-scale manufacturing and global delivery capabilities; and strive to become a trusted strategic mechanical-engineering partner of global technology leaders.
