Get your fix of meaty and moreish Cantonese flavours at Dynasty restaurant

Based on traditional cooking techniques from Cantonese style, we now have a selection of pork and duck options prepared by Master Chef, Kongsun Sae-Liang.

CHAR SUI CANTONESE BBQ PORK – Char Siu from the region of Guangdong is composed of barbecued roasted pork marinated with five spices, fermented tofu, hoisin sauce and rice wine.

CRISPY PORK – Crispy pork belly, originally from Guangdong, is boiled and marinated with wine, scallions, ginger and Sichuan peppercorn; to finish, the belly meat is salt-crusted and roasted before a quick deep fry to finish it off.

TRADITIONAL ROASTED DUCK – Cantonese roasted duck (Siu Mei), with the meat marinated with onion, ginger roots, garlic, rice wine, five-spice powder, hoisin and yellow bean sauce. It is then glazed with a honey and rice vinegar combo before finally being roasted on a spit over an open fire.
