The Kamphaeng Saen cattle breed was created by selectively breeding some of Thailand’s best cattle to produce cows with distinctively tender yet lean meat. Suan Bua Restaurant has been active in supporting Thai beef by creating a series of dishes including Pla Neau with Young Eggplant and Crispy Shredded Fish which comes with two types of dipping sauce (Northeastern style Jim Jaew and Pla Dressing), Thai Style Spicy Salad with Grilled Beef and Seedless Red Grapes, the rare, intensely flavoured ‘Kaeng Ranchuan’ Curry with Beef, the ancient ‘Kaeng Rawaeng’ Curry, or Minced Beef and Basil in Red Curry. These mouthwatering dishes are on offer from now until 25th August 2023.
